Before using Sociuu, Kammeradvokaten / Poul Schmith had great insights and results from its existing employee ambassador programme, where 40+ employees had committed themselves to a 2-year volunteer engagement.
Digital ambassadors and 'talent spotters'
The programme gives the employees a tool box to be digital ambassadors, co-creators of content and branding and also included a mandate to issue a 'fast-track' card or career coaching-invitation to talents spotted by the ambassadors, enabling spotted talents to be fast-tracked or guided on to recruitment.
